Where are the best hikes?Sedona is known as the "Day hiking capital of the world" and there are a wide range of hikes from very easy to challenging. Check out our guidebook (found under meet your hosts) or use AllTrails to chart your course to adventure.

Where is the closest grocery store?We usually stop at Fry's or Wal-Mart in Cottonwood. In West Sedona we are conveniently located near Basha's, Safeway and Whole Foods.

Do we need to do anything prior to checkout?We don't believe in excessive check out chores. We simply ask that you return the Red Rock Pass and cover the hot tub!

Can I check in early?We try our best to allow early check ins if possible, we will send you a message once the home is clean.

Can I bring my pet?No, unfortunately we do not allow animals in our vacation homes.

Are your vacation homes kid-friendly?We love to host children over the age of 2 in our West Sedona home, we even have board games and a basketball hoop for them to enjoy! Our Cornville tiny homes are limited to guests over the age of 12.

What's your cancellation policy?We offer free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours after your trip is booked. After 48 hours we offer 50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to your trip (Second payment is not charged). No refund is given if cancellation occurs within 14 days of your scheduled stay.
