Yes, we have a well on the Stargazer and Dark Sky properties and the water is filtered twice before entering the homes.

Winery Ranch and Copper Sky water is filtered as it comes out of the well, but we also have RO systems at the kitchen sink.

Our Airstream also has an RO system for fresh filtered water.

At our West Sedona home we are on city water and it is filtered before reaching the faucets.

Being in a rural area, sometimes the internet is spotty. Unplug the TV, wait 10 seconds, plug back in. It should automatically reconnect to the internet.

Our Stargazer homes all have tankless hot water heaters. Locate the heater, unplug it, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. This should clear the error and stop the beeping.

E7 is a common error code that means the 2 units are on a different mode. Either turn both units to AC or both to heat or turn one off. They use the same outside condenser so they have to be in the same mode to function properly. I.E. you can't do heat in one room and AC in the other.

Our fire tables work like BBQs. Make sure the propane is on, turn the valve until it clicks and the fire lights. Once lit, turn the knob to keep the fire lit.

Back fire pit in West Sedona does not have a lighter built in, you will need to turn on the gas and light it with a lighter found in the drawer next to the refrigerator.

Stargazer homes: the trash cans are located between the Cottage and Bungalow by our storage shed

West Sedona: the trash can is to the right of the blue garage

Dark Sky Ranch: trash can along the right side of the home if you're facing the front door

Winery Ranch: trash cans behind the home

All recycling and garbage can go in the same can, it is sorted at a transfer station after pick up

No need to take the cans to the curb, we have a service that takes care of it for us!

Test stove, if no gas you may be out of propane. Not to worry, we have a back up tank. Although we check the tanks regularly, you may need to flip the switch to the back up tank. There is a utility closet near the trailer hitch, open it up, turn off the empty tank, turn on the tank next to it and flip the large black handle toward the tank you just opened. If you need help or have questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Make sure there is power to the tub (the control panel should be lit and show a temperature)

Check to make sure the tub is set to the desired temperature

Keep the cover on tight, the hot tubs can cool quickly with the top off especially in the winter months

Jets and heater cannot run at the same time, turning off the jets and covering the tub will allow it to heat faster

Our above ground pool in Sedona has two bluetooth speakers near the stairs, push them to bring them up. Bluetooth connection is called in.stream2, if it doesn't connect right away walk toward the other end of the spa (the signal comes from the control panel at the opposite end). Pin to connect is 5555.

We don't believe in excessive check out chores. Just make sure you have all your belongings and lock up!
