Dark Sky Ranch

Our homes are located just west of Sedona. If coming from Phoenix via I-17 and need to stop at a grocery store or are coming after dark we highly recommending taking the 260 West through Cottonwood to 89A East. Our major cross streets are Page Springs Road and Cornville Road.

For a more scenic route that takes the same amount of time but doesn't pass by any stores take I-17 to Exit 293 McGuireville/Montezuma Well exit, turn left, then turn right on Page Springs Rd.

Please park anywhere on the gravel.

We are on a well and septic, please do not put anything down the toilet besides toilet paper.

Please do not set the AC lower than 72 in the summer months or heat above 80 in the winter months, thank you!

Our container home has a mini-split system, both wall units must be on the same mode to function properly (both on heat or both on AC). To turn them on point the remote at the wall unit and push the orange button, then change the mode to heat or AC and adjust the temp.

No glass in hot tub and no food or beverage in the sauna.

Our homes are in the rural Southwest, we spray for critters outside the home but you may still encounter spiders or other pests. Don't leave your shoes outside.

All trash/recycling can go in the same large bin on the side of the home (it gets sorted after pick up). No need to take to the curb, we have a trash service that will move the can for pick up and return after emptied.

We offer a smart tv for you to log into, if you don't have any streaming services Tubi is a good free option. If the TV disconnects from the wifi unplug it, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. It should automatically reconnect, if you have trouble just reach out and we're happy to help!

Problems don't arise often, but here are the most common things we get asked about.

Please reach out via messaging, phone, or text if you have any questions.
