Stargazer Vacation was born from our love for Sedona, Cornville, and the Verde Valley. What began as one home has grown into a curated collection of boutique vacation rentals designed for travelers seeking privacy, comfort, and unforgettable desert experiences.

 

We personally manage every home – no third-party managers, no outsourcing, and no large corporate teams.

That hands-on approach means every stay is consistent, thoughtfully prepared, and designed with intention.

 

Sean oversees all property maintenance and improvements, ensuring every home is beautifully maintained and operating flawlessly.

I manage guest communication, design, photography, and our local guidebooks – so what you see online reflects the real experience.

I also work part-time at a local children's hospital, which has shaped the way we approach hospitality: with empathy, reliability, and genuine care.
