We’re a locally owned, family-run vacation rental business based in Sedona, Cornville, and the Verde Valley, founded in 2021 after falling in love with this incredibly special part of Arizona. What began as a passion for hosting has grown into a collection of boutique vacation rentals designed for travelers who want a more personal, local experience.
We manage our vacation rental company entirely ourselves — no property managers, no large teams, and no outsourced services. That hands-on approach allows us to deliver a level of care, consistency, and attention to detail that’s often missing from larger operations. Every home is thoughtfully maintained, intentionally styled, and set up to feel welcoming, comfortable, and true to the area.
My husband, Sean, handles all property maintenance, improvements, and behind-the-scenes operations. He’s also a full-time stay-at-home dad, which means flexibility and hands-on care are part of our everyday life and business. I manage our listings, communicate directly with guests, create local guidebooks, and photograph each home myself so what you see online reflects the real experience. I also work part time at a local children’s hospital, which has shaped how we approach hospitality — with empathy, reliability, and genuine care.
Because we live here, we love sharing local knowledge with our guests — favorite wineries, lesser-known hiking trails, scenic drives, and spots that offer a quieter, more authentic Sedona and Verde Valley experience. Our goal is always to help guests feel connected to the place, not just accommodated.
