Stargazer Bungalow, Cottage, and Loft house rules
- No parties or events
- 2 guests max per home
- No children under the age of 12
- No smoking inside the homes
- No animals
- No third party bookings
- No commercial vehicles or trailers, our driveway and parking area cannot accommodate them
- Refundable security deposit of $500 (authorized 1 day prior to check in and released within 3 days of check out)
- 50% of reservation fee due at time of booking, remainder charged 14 days prior to check-in
- If check-in within 14 days, 100% of reservation fee will be due at time of booking
- Must be 21 to book
West Sedona/Dark Sky house/Winery Ranch/Airstream/Container Cottage rules

- Container Cottage - 2
- Winery Ranch Bungalow - 2
- Winery Ranch Cottage - 2
- Airstream - 2
- Winery Ranch entire home - 4
- Dark Sky 2 bedroom - 4
- Sedona - 5
- Dark Sky + Container Cottage - 6
