- Refundable security deposit of $1000 (authorized 1 day prior to check in and released within 3 days of checkout)

- 50% of reservation fee due at time of booking, remainder charged 14 days prior to check-in

- If check-in within 14 days, 100% of reservation fee will be due at time of booking
