Do you offer a 1-bedroom option for some 2-bedroom homes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For select homes (including our Dark Sky Home and Sedona Home), we offer a discounted 1-bedroom option by locking the second bedroom. You still have full access to the main living spaces and outdoor amenities included with your reservation.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Accepted Answer

Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless your reservation details state otherwise. You will receive property-specific instructions before arrival.

Do you offer early check-in?

Accepted Answer

If an early check-in is available, we’ll confirm the day before arrival once the cleaning schedule is set. When we can accommodate it, it’s typically complimentary.

Do you offer late check-out?

Accepted Answer

Yes—late check-out is available for $100 (when scheduling allows) and extends your stay until 5:00 PM. Availability depends on same-day turnovers.

Is it better to book direct or through Airbnb/VRBO?

Booking direct is a great way to avoid platform service fees and communicate directly with your hosts. You’ll always see the full price and availability before confirming.

Are your homes in Sedona?

Some of our homes are in Sedona and others are in Cornville/Verde Valley, just minutes from Sedona. Cornville is ideal for a quieter stay while staying close to hiking, wineries, and town.

How far are you from Sedona?

Most Cornville properties are approximately 15–25 minutes from Sedona, depending on where you’re headed (West Sedona, Uptown, trailheads, etc.).

Are pools and hot tubs private or shared?

It depends on the property. Many homes have private hot tubs; some properties include shared amenities such as a pool. Each listing clearly states what is private vs. shared.
