Home Features:

Our home has 2 King size beds, wellness room with sauna, red light therapy, hot tub, pool, Universal Level 2 EV charger, BBQ, dining area, coffee bar, laundry, large living room, local art throughout, and smart TVs.

This home is also available as a 1 bedroom option at a discount, the 2nd bedroom is not rented separately, it is simply locked up to keep it clean. You can find this option under the listing "Dark Sky Ranch - 1 bedroom".

- Max guests:

     - Dark Sky 1 bedroom - 2

     - Container Cottage - 2

     - Dark Sky + Container Cottage - 6

- No children under the age of 2

- No smoking inside the home

- No pets

- No third party bookings

- Refundable security deposit of $500 (authorized 1 day prior to check in and released within 3 days of checkout)

- 50% of reservation fee due at time of booking, remainder charged 14 days prior to check-in

- If check-in within 14 days, 100% of reservation fee will be due at time of booking

- Must be 21 to book
