Let's do Lunch!

Hey everyone! In this post, we're gonna tell you about our favorite places to eat after a morning of hiking or exploring. We often get asked about dinner suggestions (check out our previous post!), but there are also some really awesome spots for lunch!

Our absolute family favorite is Colt BBQ. They have 2 locations in the area: Cottonwood and Sedona. We prefer the Cottonwood location because it's located in the revitalized downtown Cottonwood Main Street. You can nosh on amazing BBQ and then stroll the Main Street shops, grab some gelato at Merkin's Vineyard, or visit one of many wine tasting rooms.

Have you ever dined on an active runway with red rock views? At Mesa Grill at the Sedona Airport you can do just that! Not only is the view spectacular, but the food is also top notch. Presented by Chef Mercer, they are consistently winning awards and accolades on Yelp. Our favorites are the spinach and pork belly salad, fried chicken, and anything on the brunch menu!

Next on our culinary tour is some authentic Mexican food! Tortas de Fuego is family owned and operated and serves up a fantastic lunch. There are 3 locations in the area, Cottonwood, Village of Oak Creek, and West Sedona. The West Sedona location is their original spot and they recently renovated and added a full bar! They also offer take out and online ordering.

Down the street from our Stargazer tiny homes is a local favorite, Brewha. Grab some pastries and a coffee or sit down for a full service lunch. The tacos are a family favorite and the grazing boards are just perfect! You can also grab a brunch cocktail, mimosa yes please ;)

Locally owned and operated, come support an awesome family business!

Also located in beautiful Cornville is G's Burgers. If you're looking for a great burger, look no further! Choose from a wide variety of sandwiches, burgers, salads, sides, and even top shelf whiskey. Special Happy Hour menu available Monday-Friday 3-6pm. Often voted the best burger of Verde Valley, G's is definitely worth the stop.

Last but definitely not least on our list is Senor Bob's Burgers and Dogs. This greasy spoon establishment in West Sedona serves up hot dogs, handmade corn dogs, burgers, and nachos.

They take online orders for pick up or you can pull up a barstool and enjoy your lunch right there.
